4. Charity Dinner On September 23rd at Masjid Noor for earthquake and flood victims.
Please join us at Masjid Noor 745 Heim road, Getzville NY 14068 at 6:00 pm after Asr Salah.
Dinner is 100$ per person or one can sponsor table of eight for 800$.
All proceeds will go to disaster victims.
Tickets will be sold at Masjid Noor after Jummah on September 15th and September 22nd.

This year, ISNF is running a Child Care Program during Ramadan, in replacement of the usual Drop-in babysitting years past. It will be held as usual in the Banquet Hall, from Isha until 8 rakat Taraweeh are completed, every night of Ramadan. Registration as well as a fee now is required, to cover the costs of Child Caregivers, snacks, and materials.

If you plan on bringing your children during these times throughout Ramadan, they must be registered. Children are not permitted to roam halls, or play outside unattended. They should either be accompanied by an adult on Mosque grounds, be praying in Jamaat, or be enrolled in this program.

Mommy and Me Story Time will take place on the first Sunday of every month, 2:30-3:30pm
Beginning 4th February, 2023

The day the trumpet is blown you will emerge from your grave and see scenery that you never imagined. The Earth and mountains lifted up and crushed. The sky torn apart and the universe as you knew it coming to an end. Mighty angels descending down while mankind runs in fear and horror. This is the promised day we were all warned about. This is when the trumpet is blown. Come join us as we learn about this day that Allah warns us about over and over in the Qu'ran. The beginning of a day that will last 50,000 years.

The aim of the Ghazali Children’s Project materials is to support children:
• in their ability to recognize and maintain their innate human dignity.
• in realizing nobility of character through imitation of the Prophetic qualities realized by understanding, loving, and practicing the inner dimensions of all outward acts – to stop simply just “going through the motions”.
• in becoming aware of their True Selves and in identifying with this pure aspect of their being rather than with the lower, false, egoic and separative nature which is centered on itself [al-nafs alammara].
• in becoming self-observant and self-correcting.
• in living life with humility and in service.

Burying someone 6 feet beneath the ground is always a very humbling experience. Now what exactly happens to someone after they are buried? What do they experience? What do they see? How do they feel? Picking up from where we left off last week, we will finish the journey of the soul and go into further details regarding the life of the grave. Join us as we learn about the home that all of us are promised to be in one day. A home that can either be a garden from the gardens of paradise, or a pit from the pits of hell.

Every soul shall taste it. The promised journey shaped by the very deeds we perform. A transition from the lowly temporary form of existence called Dunya to the vast and everlasting existence of the Akhira. Join us as we study the words of the Prophet (SAW) that explain minute detail that happens to a soul at their very last moments and beyond. In addition, we will cover an introductory level of the epistemology of Islamic knowledge explaining how we know what is truly from the Prophet (SAW) and what is not.

Tajweed Classes will began on this Saturday 1/14 after Fajr and there will be total of 11 Sessions and will cover 7 topics. Please see the poster for more details.
